MEMBERSHIP
 The Boston Jazz Society, Inc. is a non-profit volunteer managed organization committed to keeping jazz alive. Membership in the Boston Jazz Society is open to all individuals, groups, and corporations in Boston and New England area that support our organization's mission.
When you become a member of the BJS, you help maintain a vital jazz community and build a strong future for jazz in the New England Area -- and you'll enjoy some great benefits. Your membership dollars:
- Support innovative BJS Education programs that introduce jazz to thousands of youth and adults each year through workshops and free concerts.
- Provide exposure for hundreds of local jazz artists as well as free concerts for Boston area audiences through association with local partners and academic institutions.
- Sponsor academic scholarships to promising, young musicians at some of Boston's most prestigious music institutions.
- Award the lifetime achievements and raise awareness about our community's jazz leaders through the SPOTLIGHT feature on our website.
